No Refund Policy
mrbymr maintains a ‘No Refund’ policy except in cases of defective products.
Defective Products
- Claims for defective products must be submitted and will be processed within 14 working days.
- Once a claim is approved, you may select any other item of equal value from our website.
Shipping Costs
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning items.
Exchange Conditions
- We do not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
- All tags and labels must remain intact for an exchange to be processed.
Color Variations
- Please be aware that colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution and settings. In such cases, exchange requests may not be entertained.
Seasonal Stock Exchanges
- Summer items can only be exchanged for other summer stock, and winter items can only be exchanged for winter stock.
